I know nothing

I did a meditation via Skype today with somebody I’ve never met. I can’t tell you much about him as I’ve promised to do an interview at some point and he is wary of his work being misinterpreted. Suffice it to say, it was a bizarre, yet deeply profound experience.

This healer didn’t actually speak to me. He opened a space, from his house in another country and sent me on a journey in my imagination. At one point, there was a diamond spinning above me and lighting up the entire universe.

And now, it’s over, I feel a bit different, as if somebody has injected me with a lighter kind of energy.

As I type, I realise this sounds nuts, but one thing I’ve realised since embarking on this spiritual path, is that I really don’t know anything at all. This universe of ours is deeply mysterious and I’m getting to a point where nothing would surprise me.

Gosh, even my feet are tingling as I write. How could that be?

Hopefully, this person will agree to do an interview for the UK press and then I can explain exactly what happened to me. It’ll still sound bonkers, but it might make you want to try it for yourself.

It’s been a tough few days and this was just the uplift I needed. I got back from caring for Dad to find that the teenagers had left me lots of mess to clear up and while my husband had kindly done all the washing, he hadn’t put so much as a sock away. How is it that men don’t know where clothes belong?

Anyway, it’s good to be home and no matter how tough and stressful life gets, I feel that I have inner resources to draw upon that I didn’t even know existed this time last year. I don’t even fancy a Cadbury’s Mini Creme Egg, so something strange is definitely afoot!
